The first forum takes place on Saturday, March 16 at 3 p.m. at the Edgartown Library. Subsequent forums are on March 20 at 7 p.m. at the West Tisbury Library; March 28 at 7 p.m. at the Oak Bluffs Library, April 6 at 3 p.m. at the Chilmark Library; and April 8 at 7 p.m. at the Tisbury Senior Center.
