Judith Neeld will be celebrated at the next poetry cafe on Thursday, Feb. 4, with a reading of her poems by her colleagues at the Cleaveland House Poets.

Ms. Neeld is a Vineyard poet who won the Emily Dickinson Award from the Poetry Society of America in 1985. She is now 90 years old and in hospice. In addition to the reading, a book of her collected works was recently assembled from her five books and three anthologies. The book, Judith Neeld, Collected Poems, will be published this spring.

The event is being held at the Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse and begins at 7 p.m.
