As summer winds down, don’t forget to think about the garden. Polly Hill Arboretum is hosting an end of the season fall plant sale this Saturday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The arboretum has selected trees, shrubs, and perennials, some native to the Island, that are suitable for the Vineyard climate. There will also be a limited section of rare and unusual plants, and arboretum staff will be on hand to answer questions and give advice.
