I recently found out that a very special person with the DPW is soon to be leaving for a position working at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Barbara Flanders is one of those incredibly dedicated people who loved her job and always gave 100 per cent with a smile on her face. The town of Vineyard Haven is a better place due to her service and she will be sorely missed by all. Thank you Barbara; we will miss seeing you out on the road!
