Rumor has it that the Obama and Clinton families are coming to the Vineyard this August. As Chilmark softball commissioner, I would like to extend an invitation to both families to attend the Sunday community softball game off Tabor House Road. Wouldn’t it be great to have Hillary throw out the first pitch at 8:30 a.m. while Barack sings Take Me Out to the Ball Game. Michelle could be the umpire and Bill could heckle from the sidelines while their various offspring can help Sofie serve lemonade.
