Free dental cleaning for adults and seniors is offered this fall through the Vineyard Smiles program.

The dental hygiene initiative began in 2005 with a community oral health needs assessment, and has expanded to include services for those 20 years and older. There are income qualifying guidelines of $29,184 for a one-person household; $39,336 for a two-person household, and $49,476 for a three-person household.

The dental hygiene program is offered on Sept. 19 at Howes House in West Tisbury; Oct. 17 at The Anchors in Edgartown, and in Tisbury on Dec. 12. To register or for more information, call 508-696-0020.
