Now that Bad Martha’s Brewery has opened on-Island, how long will it be before we see other iterations and takeoffs of Mad Martha’s? I predict that within a few years we may very well see the following:
Glad Martha’s, the Island’s own Comedy Club; Sad Martha’s Funeral Home; Rad Martha’s, the Island’s only Marxist-Leninist Bookstore; Fad Martha’s, your Island store for the very latest in hot new trends; Pad Martha’s, a very hip housing rental agency; Ad Martha’s, a PR and advertising agency; Dad Martha’s, the place to go when you are designing your own Man Cave; and Plaid Martha’s, one-stop shopping for Scottish musical instruments, including bagpipes, fiddles, cauld wind pipes, tin whistles, Scottish tenor drums and more.
There may be others.
