On Sunday, Old Sculpin Gallery in Edgartown dedicates a room to Fred Messersmith, its longtime director. An opening reception for the annual Student Scholarship Winners Show takes place afterwards.

On Sunday, June 22, the Old Sculpin Gallery in Edgartown is honoring both tradition and the next generation. At 5 p.m. the art gallery dedicates a room to Fred Messersmith, its longtime director. Then from 5 to 7 p.m. there will be an opening reception for the annual Student Scholarship Winners Show. The exhibit will run through June 27.
